What is FITG?

FITG (Filipino Information Technology Group) is a non-profit organization of and for Filipino IT professionals in the New Jersey area.

How do I become a member?

You can become a registered member of FITG by signing up at this link.  Please specify a valid email address, as you will need to verify it by clicking on a link sent to you by the system.  If you are not an IT professional, please include your reason for wanting to join FITG, plus the name of the FITG member who referred you,  in the “About Yourself” box. All membership applications are subject to approval by the FITG board of trustees.

Is there a membership fee?

We are waiving all membership fees at present. The organization continues to operate solely on the generosity of individual and corporate supporters.

What do I get out of it?

You get to network with and be a part of an awesome community of IT professionals! Only registered members will be able to post comments on this website, access our forums (coming soon) and join our Facebook group.

I’m neither Filipino nor an IT professional. Can I join?

Absolutely! Our membership rules do ask that you be recommended by an FITG member of good standing.
